The Executive Committee is composed of 7 members and includes: President (Chair), Vice – President, Financial Controller, Secretary, Organizer, Social Media Blogger and Festival Committee chair.

Members of the Executive Committee are officers of the organisation. All officers must be at least eighteen years old. The Executive Committee or officers of the organisation shall be elected by the General Assembly . Officers shall hold office for four years terms, or until the next General Assembly.
